RGBW 4-in-1 LEDs are an innovative new evolution of RGBW LED technology. Traditionally, RGBW LEDs have involved having separate color changing and white diodes on the same board, but as separate chips. In LED strip lights, that typically means alternating RGB and white chips. 4-in-1 chip technology allows the RGB and White chips to be combined into 1, so each chip can emit red, green, blue, white, any combination, or all at once. That allows for much better color mixing and diffusion as it eliminates the alternating white/color spots and you’re left with ultra linear color reproduction and the ability to create up to 4.2 billion different colors.
