Frequently Asked Questions
3C Products & LED Strip Lights Solutions
Why is my LED strip light not working at all?
Please check the power adapter connection, ensure the voltage matches the strip requirements, and verify that the connector is not loose or reversed. Most issues are caused by incorrect power supply or poor contact.
Why are my LED lights flickering?
Flickering usually comes from an incompatible power supply, low voltage, or damaged driver. Replace the adapter with the correct wattage, check for short circuits, or reduce the strip length if it exceeds the driver’s capacity.
How to connect LED strip lights safely?
Turn off the power before connection. Use proper connectors, avoid overlapping copper parts, and do not exceed the maximum series length. For waterproof strips, keep connectors sealed to prevent short circuits.
My 3C device cannot connect via Bluetooth or WiFi.
Restart the device and controller. Check if the device is within range, reset network settings, and ensure no other signals are interfering. Update the controller firmware if needed.
How long do LED strip lights last?
High-quality LED strips can last 30,000 to 50,000 hours. Lifespan decreases with overheating, unstable voltage, or long-term continuous use. Proper heat dissipation extends service life.
Can LED strips be cut or extended?
Yes, most strips can be cut along marked lines. You can extend them with connectors or soldering. Make sure to match polarity and do not exceed the power supply limit after extension.
What should I do if the remote control does not work?
Replace the remote batteries, check for obstacles between the remote and receiver, and re-pair the remote with the controller. Keep the remote away from strong electromagnetic interference.
Are your 3C and LED products certified?
Yes, all our LED strips and 3C accessories comply with CE, RoHS, FCC, and UL standards. They are safe for indoor and outdoor use and meet global market quality requirements.
