  • Used, customized, cut-to-length LED strips, and personal use products are not eligible for return without quality issues

  • Products damaged by human factors, water, modification, or improper operation
  • Items beyond the return time limit or without valid order proof
  • Custom-sized, custom-spec LED strips and special customized products

4. Return & Refund Process

  3. Pack the products properly and send them back to the designated address

5. Shipping Fee Policy

  • Return shipping caused by product quality issues, wrong delivery, or damage is fully borne by us
  • Return shipping caused by personal reasons (dislike, wrong selection, size mismatch) is borne by the buyer
